David Martinez Named Maintenance Director of Renaissance of Annandale

ANNANDALE, Va. (March 20, 2019) – David Martinez has been named maintenance director of Renaissance of Annandale, a premier memory care community serving Fairfax County scheduled to open in early 2019.

Martinez will supervise all preventative maintenance, repairs, life safety measures and mechanical aspects of the facility. He will also oversee the housekeeping department and will ensure proper supply inventory for both the housekeeping department and the maintenance group.

“The way I am a caregiver is by providing well-maintained, safe and clean surroundings for my residents. I feel very proud of what I do. I believe it is my time to serve those who once served us,” said Martinez.

“It is special that I can say David was the maintenance director for my mother’s memory care community. We go back a long way, and I am honored to have someone with his talent and years of experience on my team,” said Pamela Phillips, executive director of Renaissance of Annandale.

Martinez is an Annandale High School graduate and attended Northern Virginia Community College. He participates in recycling and community service projects involving home improvement projects through his church and Habitat for Humanity.
