ANNANDALE, Va. (Oct 2, 2019) – Alex Jean Paul has been named resident services director of Renaissance of Annandale, a premier memory care community serving northern Virginia and the surrounding area.
Jean Paul will oversee resident assessments, implement physician orders and maintain a healthy work environment to ensure the caregiving team provides the best quality of care to the Renaissance of Annandale community.
"We are excited to welcome Alex on board at Renaissance of Annandale. She has a special way about her, personally and professionally, that shows genuine and attentive care she provides for our residents,” said Pamela Phillips, executive director of Renaissance of Annandale.
Jean Paul, a certified nursing assistant and medication aide instructor, brings 25 years of skilled nursing, assisted living and home health experience to her new role as resident service director. She has cared for patients in northern Virginia for 20 years.
"My interest in healthcare stems from childhood and I consider nursing my calling. My goal is to always try my best to make a difference in the lives of those with whom I interact. I pride myself on providing dignified care to my residents,” said Jean Paul.
Jean Paul resides in Stafford, Va. with her husband of 23 years, and they have one grown child. She loves spending quality time with her family and enjoys scenic drives, classical music, and opera.
